Roots-rockers The Gathering Field formed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1994. Led by singer/songwriter (and Oakmont resident) Bill Deasy, the band released its breakthrough LP Lost in America in 1995. The title track became a smash on local radio, and in 1996 a remastered edition of the album was released on Atlantic Records. The band continues to perform and record and sound better than ever!
